We are looking for individuals who are leaders in their field, committed to our mission and unapologetically pro-choice. We are looking for candidates with a diverse range of skills and experience. These include a proven track record in delivering results in your area of expertise. MSI operates clinical services as a social business, and as such, is looking for Trustees with experience in business, commercial operations, clinical services and finance. Strong relationships with governments, regulators and
international health bodies are highly valued, as well as experience in managing large, complex, customer-focused, multinational operations. Candidates should be skilled in scrutinising performance data and developing strategy. Leadership, and lived experience, in key MSI regions such as Africa and Asia, are highly desirable, alongside
experience in governance practices, including chairing a Board or similar leadership roles.
You will bring skill, diversity of background and perspective, ambition, energy and experience to MSI.
