Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will have a range of skills and experience in various trades, including floor and wall tiling, plumbing, and painting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality floor and wall tiling in both residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out general plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide painting and decorating services, ensuring professional finishes.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site at all times.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain good working relationships.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card .
• Proven experience in tiling , plumbing , and painting .
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to take on various tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
