A key ingredient. They now seek a Demand Planner on a 7m FTC to play a really strategic role in preparing the organisation for demand, drive improvements and be instrumental in the supply chain process.

Please note that we will consider part time, full time or fractional for this role.
Flexible working hours - Core working hours are 10am-4pm so you can choose your working hours to suit you (e.g. 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm)
Pension - 3% employer contribution
Annual leave - 27 Days Holiday (+ your birthday off) (+ 2 life admin days)
Working from abroad - up to 2 weeks' per year

The role.. As Demand Planner, you will be ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time, maximising sales and minimising waste. We are looking for someone to develop demand forecasts, ensure there is consistent product availability, and give regular updates to internal stakeholders.
The brand.. This is a brand that has grown quickly, very quickly. Why? Because they have nailed their product and nailed their culture. They have produced a delicious RTD cocktail that many consumers are obsessing over; the ingredients are second to none and the quality of the serve is on point. They encourage you to be yourself; there are no egos when it comes to culture.
We are looking for an excel whizz, someone who understands the lingo and will be able to transfer data into action. We need a good understanding of the FMCG forecasting process, a great analytical mind, and a huge drive to deliver a first-class process. If you have experience with Power BI, this would be amazing but not essential.
Given this is a contract, we are happy to consider senior level candidates who may want to work on a part-time basis as well.
