About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSEQ Advisor to lead the implementation of a new system across four depots in Telford, Newcastle, Barnsley, and Ellesmere Port. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in system implementation within HSEQ and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

HSEQ Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with depot teams.
  • Implement a new HSEQ system across four locations.
  • Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs for employees.
  • Maintain and update HSEQ documentation, policies, and procedures.

The Ideal HSEQ Advisor will have / be:

  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IEMA, CIEEM, IOSH, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HSEQ role or related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in delivering training and system implementation.
