We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Dutch speaking Account Manager to join a rapidly growing FinTech company that has business hubs across the world. They produce world class software solutions that are successfully used by eCommerce and Tech SMEs and FTSE100 global businesses across the world.
Location of the job: Hybrid work - Central London office 3 days a week, remote / work from home 2 days a week option. Ideally London based or willing to commute to London.
Language requirements for the job: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with Dutch speaking business clients/merchants, helping them apply for funding their business.
- Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their application.
- Explaining the financing offers and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process.
- Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and solutions to process applications.
The Successful Candidate Background:
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Target-orientated with a strong sales mindset.
- Excellent communication skills – with the ability to interact via phone and email.
- Comfortable in Microsoft Excel.
- Customer focused mindset.
Salary, Benefits and Working Hours:
