Rate circa £500 out of scope

We are embarking on an extensive programme to support the management of many buildings. As part of the programme, we need a contractor to support the analysis work of understanding the infrastructure and its current state. This will extend to the buildings themselves and all that\’s in them. Key questions are around the state of the asset, is it current or obsolete, does it need repairs and what is the costs and how would we go about repairs? We also need to understand the future state; what will it cost to run this over the next 20 years, how do we achieve net zero? Are we meeting current regulatory standards, building safety and relevant legislation. Should we be looking to in source/outsource etc. It would also be useful for this person to have experience of access control systems as this is also high on the agenda.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in working for an enterprise level organisation with multiple assets.
2. Good appreciation of health and safety regulations.
3. Extensive experience around buildings management including dealing contractually with outsource organisations.
