My client is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their multi-branched estate agency in the Camden area. They reward well beyond a basic package and want you to feel comfortable and confident having a voice in the office, and a place to develop your career. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full sales progression process
- Keep chains in check
- Initiate and maintain clear communication with sellers, buyers, solicitors, mortgage lenders, estate agents, and vendors to coordinate timelines and resolve issues.
- Ensure AML checks and proof of funds verification for all instructions and buyers
- Send Terms & Conditions for all transactions.
- Provide weekly updates to clients and buyers via phone and email.
- Conduct pre-completion checks and maintain a post-completion process, including sending congratulatory and anniversary gifts, and regular check-ins.
- Lead weekly sales team meetings for pipeline updates and client care
- Send invoices to solicitors and follow up to ensure payment.
- Introduce relevant ancillary services to clients and collaborate with the Client Services Department as needed.
