Position: Move / Relocation Consultant

Location: London, UK

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Move / Relocation Consultant to join our client\’s London team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in move coordination and relocation, with a strong focus on Household Goods (HHG) and Destination Services Programmes (DSP). This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient relocation of our clients customers, providing them with a stress-free moving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the relocation process, including HHG and DSP.
2. Develop and execute detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
4. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for each move.
6. Provide guidance and support to clients regarding customs regulations, visa requirements, and local resources.
7. Continuously seek ways to improve our relocation services and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in move coordination and/or relocation management.
2. Strong knowledge of HHG and DSP.
3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using relocation management software and tools.
7. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
