The Role

Reporting to the PR & Advocacy Manager, our full-time PR & Advocacy Coordinator is based at our London office. You\’ll dive into the world of influencer management, PR events, and securing top-notch product placements in the press features where NEOM Wellbeing should shine.

We\’re looking for someone who is well-organised, efficient, and has a keen eye for detail. You\’ll be at the forefront of our PR activities, leading daily admin tasks with diligence and enthusiasm. Your role will be pivotal in making sure NEOM Wellbeing is seen and celebrated across all media channels, from websites and TV to magazines, blogs, and beyond.

This position will work closely with the Social Media, Brand, Creative, Digital, Customer Marketing, and wider Marketing teams to create collaborative projects and execute a seamless, omni-channel Consumer Engagement strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Support the PR & Advocacy Manager on the daily press office tasks including:
  • Monitoring and tracking of daily press and influencer coverage
  • Weekly and monthly internal reporting, tracking against KPIs and sharing context and insight
  • Organise invoices and PO orders.
  • Monitoring the PR inbox and responding to press queries
  • Proactive and reactive press pitching
  • Develop relationships with influencers and journalists through face-to-face meetings and regular communication
  • Managing daily UK product send-outs
  • Manage inventory orders for US PR Agency
  • Support the PR & Advocacy Manager on the Influencer Marketing Platform, adding and engaging with talent and monitoring talent performance
  • Support the PR & Advocacy Manager with PR calendars, awards entries and tracking
  • Manage the creative and logistics for all PR mailers
  • Support the organising and logistics for all PR events
  • Support with raising PO\’s, working in line with budgets
  • Share PR wins to internal team and also regular articles of interests, trends and competitor insights with the wider business
  • Requirements

    • Previous PR/marketing experience is desirable but not required
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the organisation\’s message and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in project management and event planning.
    • Keen eye for detail and a passion for beauty, health, and wellbeing. With alignment to our core values.
    • Interest in staying up to date with the latest cultural trends and social media channels
    • Extremely well organised, multitasking skills and methodical
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Have proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • High energy, willingness to learn and the desire to get stuck in.
    • Team focused with a can-do attitude with a positive, growth mindset.
