Our client is the leading trade association support organisation, dedicated to providing a range of business services to world leading manufacturing companies. They have a purpose built, state of the art Technology Hub where training is delivered via apprenticeships and commercial led training. They are seeking a dedicated Curriculum Manager to join their team.
The right Curriculum Manager will have responsibility to ensure that apprentices receive the highest standards of tuition in a best-in-class facility.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensure that delivery of qualifications meets the relevant standards
- Provide technical insight into delivery of qualifications
- Managing a team of tutors
- Responsibility for safety compliance in the workshop environment
- Ensure that apprentices follow simple H&S rules (e.g. wear correct PPE)
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Curriculum Manager with the following experience:
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience in managing education provision
- Managerial experience
- Background in teaching/lecturing
SALARY: c. £45,000 Depending on Experience plus excellent benefits
