Job description Involve Recruitment are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team on a new commercial build project in central Gilford. This is a 6-month contract offering a competitive daily rate of up to £250, possibly more for the right candidate. The role will involve supervising electrical installations, ensuring high standards of work, and maintaining safety and efficiency on-site. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the electrical installation team and ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards. * Manage and coordinate the day-to-day electrical activities on-site. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant industry standards. * Conduct regular inspections of work areas and report on progress. * Liaise with the Project Manager and other supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery. * Provide guidance and support to the electrical team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. * Ensure that all work is completed on time and in line with project deadlines. Requirements: * SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualified. * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction industry, ideally within commercial projects. * Strong knowledge of electrical installations and site operations. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to manage a team and ensure work is completed to high standards. * Full right to work in the UK.
