The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated leader to take on the role of Director of Apprenticeships at University College Birmingham. This pivotal role will drive the strategic development, growth, and delivery of apprenticeship provision across the University and the Further Education College, ensuring that apprentices and employers receive an outstanding experience. You will work collaboratively with Executive Deans, Deputy Deans, and the FE Principal to develop high-quality apprenticeship programmes that align with industry needs, regulatory compliance, and employer expectations. This is an outstanding opportunity to shape the future of apprenticeships at University College Birmingham, ensuring that our provision remains sector-leading, employer-responsive, and transformational for learners.
