Associate- Relationship Manager

TPL is supporting an established international bank in identifying an Associate Relationship Manager for the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Relationship Managers in handling complex transactions and business opportunities.
• Monitor non-performing loans and recommend recovery strategies.
• Assess credit risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee compliance certificates and manage borrower information efficiently.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and assist in credit applications.
• Coordinate transaction completion, legal documentation, and client due diligence.
• Act as a main point of contact for client inquiries and attend meetings.
• Ensure data accuracy and stay updated with industry trends.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth portfolio management.

To be considered you WILL have:

• A minimum of 2 years of banking experience, ideally in a client-facing role.
• Prior knowledge of Commercial/Corporate lending, (CRE experience preferred).
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in legal documentation and loan agreements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
