About the Role

To support our growing business, ICIS Marketing is looking for a Graduate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. This role involves producing high-quality design assets for web, social media, print, events, video, animation, gifs, digital web pages, creative campaigns, presentations, and high-value collateral. This position focuses on digital marketing content and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape ICIS's internal and public-facing presence. You will work within a team of skilled content creatives, collaborating on multiple projects and with various stakeholders to ensure bold and brilliant design work that is consistent with the ICIS brand. From day one, you will have exposure to and opportunities to work on fantastic campaigns, leaving a mark on the creative work produced by ICIS. The work will be varied and the challenges inspiring.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Design: Produce engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and online ads. Design marketing materials for both online and in-person use. Develop eye-catching visuals for campaigns, product launches, and events. Create web assets for desktop, mobile, and app platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity. Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with strategic goals and target audience preferences.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring new, innovative ideas to the table. Experiment with new tools, techniques, and formats to enhance the brand's creative output.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Content team to create optimized visuals for ad campaigns. Collaborate with the UX team to ensure website visuals are engaging and effective. Adapt designs based on performance data, feedback, and testing results.

Requirements

  • Portfolio of work demonstrating design competency on past projects, including a breakdown of involvement.
  • Experience with design editing tools and software.
  • Proficiency in design techniques, visual elements, and compiling creative designs ready for delivery.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and project prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Shorthand, Infogram, Figma, or similar digital content channels is desired.
  • Comfortable presenting projects, creative ideas, and responses to briefs.
