Location: Park Hill Junior School, Stanhope Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 5NS.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 19 hours per week
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 8.40am & 3.15pm – 6pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.50

The ideal candidate will have management and team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

Role Overview

At Junior Adventures Group, we are looking for a happy, enthusiastic, and passionate Club Manager who is committed to developing and nurturing team members as well as our children. You would be joining the UK’s leading provider of children’s wraparound care, offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School, and Holiday Clubs!

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, direct, and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme while ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
• Communication: Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
• Child Engagement: Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
• Activity Planning: Plan, supervise, and deliver structured activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and downtime.
• Policy Implementation: Implement protocols and policies with team members to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
• Positive Environment: Create unexpected experiences that make a positive difference in children’s lives.
