Role: Specialist Senior IT Engineer
Location: London – City of London- Hybrid working style consisting of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
Salary: Up to £45K

Key Responsibilities of the Specialist Senior IT Engineer
- Resolve incidents across Windows and Apple platforms.
- Manage tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication.
- Escalate recurring issues for analysis and act as a team escalation point.
- Document requests, updates, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to meet SLAs.
- Support client projects, configure hardware, and install software.
