The role:
We are looking for a Media Executive to work on the EY business (a global business to business professional services company). You’ll be working within a friendly and fast-paced team, where you can expect every day to be different. The role would largely be focused on media planning tasks, coordination, and provision of support to client planning teams. There is great involvement in all stages of campaigns from initial brief, to planning, set-up, performance reporting and some financial management.
You will be interacting with colleagues across EssenceMediacom as well as media owners, and the role is also client-facing so communication with clients will play a part eventually. The ability to communicate well and develop positive, strong, and lasting relationships is essential. There will be a level of data entry and extraction required in the role, with a keen focus on quality control and attention to detail.

Accountabilities include:
- Supporting the team with media planning and buying tasks
- Helping put presentations together
- Liaising with media owners about campaign activity
- Supporting with audience research
- Putting bookings on our booking system
- Completing trafficking sheets ready for campaign activation
- Helping solve any finance queries
- Help with coordinating work from across specialist teams
- Updating tracker documents
