Job Title: Cluster Engineering Manager – Luxury Hotels – Home Counties

Salary: Up to A£75,000

Location: London and Home Counties

I am currently recruiting a Cluster Engineering Manager for a luxury hotel group. My client is looking for a proactive, dynamic and professional person to oversee their hotels in London and the home counties. As Cluster Manager, you will oversee the H&S, maintenance, inspections, and project management for the hotels.

• Manage and develop the maintenance teams within the hotels
• Budgeting and cost planning
• Responsible for overall planning, monitoring, and control of maintenance of the properties
• Manage inspections
• Sourcing providers
• Facilities maintenance planning, scheduling, and control
• Lead by example and motivate the team
• Project management

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels
• A leader with a positive attitude
• Experience managing and developing a team
• A well-organised individual with great communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
