Your new company: This practice started back in 2019 when a number of Directors from other leading Engineering consultants set up with the aim of delivering great customer service to a loyal client base. They have grown steadily, even with Covid in the middle, to a team of almost 20 Engineers and support staff. They complete the full design process as well as a consulting arm to deliver the technical know-how for their clients' existing operational portfolios.
Your new role: This senior level role sits within the Technical Consulting team delivering services for their clients. These services include Asset management surveys, Compliance Management, Capital works, Life Cycle projects, Dilapidation reports, Maintenance auditing and Due diligence reporting. These sites will be primarily around London but could include some travel around the UK.
What you'll need to succeed: Ideally from a similar consulting background or technical discipline. You must be customer facing and prepared to explain in detail with a building occupier all aspects of the Building Services plant. Training will be provided for certain services, so a can-do attitude is needed to really throw yourself into this role. A technical qualification will be required in a Building Services discipline and a strong knowledge of operational facilities.
What you'll get in return: This company is growing and career progression for the right candidate will be encouraged. They offer a grown-up approach to hybrid flexible working and are happy to discuss arrangements with prospective employees. The starting salary is competitive from £50k to £70k plus for the right candidate and experience. The rest of the package is decent with an above average holiday and pension scheme.
