We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst with a strong background in delivering 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support and managing the service desk. You will also be involved in project-based work and supporting the manager in delivering the IT strategy. To apply, you should have a solid technical background, with experience in providing technical support to end-users. You will have experience in managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Additionally, you will have experience in managing user accounts, configuring laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring they comply with all policies and standards.
