My client (a leading global consultancy) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
What your days will look like:
- Demonstrating on a day to day basis your strong business acumen and a technology-focused, innovative mindset to drive forward our strategic initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Providing subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically in CyberArk.
- Leading transformations in areas such as identity governance, privileged access management, access management and customer identity access management.
- Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
- Communicating in an organised and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts.
This role is for you if:
- You can demonstrate good knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the Identity Access Management space, particularly in strategy, delivery experience, or assurance for CyberArk.
- You possess experience in a client-facing role although this is not essential.
- You have the ability to work from our office for 3 days a week, delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritising and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
- You can leverage your extensive IAM expertise and leadership capabilities to make a significant impact on our organization and its clients.
- Have certificate in CDE in Privileged Cloud or Guardian.
