Harrington Starr are working on behalf of a global financial services client. The role will involve working in a specialist role in assessing and assisting with the integration of all businesses which are acquired by the client.
The role will have the following benchmarks:
- Cyber due diligence – comprehensive security assessments of target companies, including infrastructure, applications, data, and policies. Identify and evaluate potential security risks and vulnerabilities associated with the target's IT environment.
- Integration Planning - Support in developing and implementing security integration plans that are aligned with security policies and standards.
- Post integration support – compliance, IAM on-boarding and security awareness training.
- Security operations – conducting vulnerability scans, working with the SecOps team to ensure integration.
Key skills needed:
- Experience in a similar or related role with any experience of Mergers & Acquisitions/ M&A highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise across multiple technologies and protocols, such as Entra, TLS, IDS, SIEM, DLP, WAF, DMARC, AV/EDR, XDR, CNAPP.
- Knowledge of security processes (e.g. vulnerability management/ penetration testing), standards (e.g. CIS) and frameworks (e.g. NIST or ISO27001).
- Good understanding of Windows, Linux and Cloud solutions.
