If you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR consulting, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact!\\n Key Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide expert HR advice and support to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development as a HR consultant\\nConduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and deliver tailored solutions.\\nSupport the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements as a HR consultant. \\nAdvise on employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent management initiatives.\\nAssist in the design and delivery of training programmes for clients on various HR-related topics.\\nKeep up to date with employment laws and industry trends to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.\\nBuild strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing actionable HR strategies.Qualifications and Skills:\\n\\nCIPD Level 5 Minimum.\\nProven experience (3+ years) as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR role.\\nStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.\\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.\\nAbility to think strategically and provide practical, effective HR solutions.\\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.\\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.\\nDrivers license as you will be expected to travel to Multi- sites.
