The Role:

As a Data QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Data Programme and contributing to the overall success of the Bank. You will be responsible for undertaking customer reviews and reconciling data held on the Bank’s core system to source documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Gathering: Collect and analyse relevant data to support decision-making processes. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data collected from various sources.
  • Data Cleanse: Conduct reviews of customer accounts and reconcile system data to source documentation. Review customer files to locate financial statements, property valuations, and loan facility documentation. Prepare reports summarising findings.
  • Administrative Duties and support to the wider team: Assist with daily tasks, including communicating with internal stakeholders, chasing documentation, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years work experience (graduation years 2023 or 2024)
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Real Estate finance and/or Trading Businesses transactions.
  • Understand and adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures with particular reference to Consumer Duty, Fair Treatment of Customers, Information Security and Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR), Risk management and reporting of risk management incidents, Regulatory compliance and prevention of financial crime, Disaster recovery and business continuity, Conduct Rules and Professional Standards.
