About your team
Infosys Consulting partners with leading pharmaceutical companies across Europe, addressing their key challenges and driving transformative change. Our expertise includes global ERP, data & analytics, AI, and cloud transformation. We are strategic advisors, innovation catalysts, and technology pioneers, working closely with clients to develop and implement advanced solutions leveraging AI, digital tech, and innovative business models.
The Life Sciences practice is rapidly expanding, aiming to strengthen existing skills and explore new areas. It is one of the fastest-growing units, supporting major pharma and biotech firms, and pioneering in digital health, cloud transformation, and AI automation.
This role is crucial in attracting top consulting talent for our EMEA life sciences practice, especially as we build M&A capabilities. You will help navigate industry consolidations, support pharma, biotech, and medical device companies in complex transactions, and provide strategic guidance on deal strategy, due diligence, integration, and value creation, working alongside industry experts and utilizing cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities
- Deliver value through major transformation programs for leading pharma companies.
- Serve as a relationship manager for key client engagements, acting as a link between client leadership and Infosys teams.
- Provide strategic program leadership, ensuring business objectives are met, managing ecosystem dynamics, and resolving challenges.
- Lead governance forums, report progress, and manage program delivery, including scope, planning, risk, staffing, and quality.
- Contribute to developing new service offerings and expand functional areas.
- Lead business development activities, including proposals and RFP responses, collaborating across teams.
- Manage resource sourcing, selection, and allocation.
- Oversee internal and external resources, contracts, and delivery teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Life Sciences (Pharma, Med-Tech, CDMO, Consumer Health) commercial business, with stakeholder management, strategic planning, and delivery expertise.
- Extensive consulting experience, preferably in large-scale transformation programs.
- Deep industry knowledge of Pharma challenges and business dynamics.
- Strong client relationship skills, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Proven leadership, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage complex organizations.
- Experience in onsite, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
- Proficiency in data communication, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for project needs.
