The Role
You will be providing exceptional service to our clients, demonstrating passion, knowledge, commitment, with common and business sense. You will work in a small team providing a professional M&E service to Multi Corporate Clients across varied fields, ensuring that value is shown at all times, always acting within FCM Operational Standards, with our customers\’ best interest.
- Customer Service (60%):
- Understand the value of the customer and how to offer exceptional & proactive customer service to all M&E clients.
- Some knowledge of Group Air Travel, Venue sourcing and Group needs and how to deliver to exceptional standards.
- Always meet M&E SLAβs for response and turnaround times.
- Ability to handle service issues in a courteous enthusiastic manner.
- Thrive under pressure with a high level of organisational skills.
- The ability to multi-task effectively, delivering both to our clients and our suppliers within agreed timelines.
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to listen and interpret customers\’ requirements correctly and deliver on these.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, jargon-free manner with customers, suppliers, and internally.
- To maintain effective and customer-focused communication throughout with all stakeholders.
- Self-Development (20%):
- Self-Motivation and Morale.
- Proactive in learning β take all opportunities to upskill on FCM and M&E specific products, technology, and customer requirements.
- Ability to adapt and change.
- Engagement with business internal communication platforms.
- Productivity (20%):
- Sales ability to influence/persuade customers.
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIβs.
- Ability to maximise preferred suppliers.
- Follow FCM OBW systems & processes.
- Operational knowledge and capability of systems.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of arranging travel β Essential.
- Experience using a GDS β Essential (Amadeus β Desired).
- Group Travel Experience or knowledge β Desired.
- Venue Sourcing Experience or knowledge β Desired.
- Customer service experience β Essential.
