Description

An asset manager with over $110 billion assets under management is recruiting an analyst to join their Global Emerging Markets credit team. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager making investment recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental credit analysis across a number of industries to formulate trade ideas and make recommendations to Portfolio Managers.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain an approved list of names and portfolio positions.
• Communicate investment themes and trends in the Emerging Market space to keep up-to-date on key issues.
• Participate in investment committee meetings.

Skills Required:

• Fundamental credit research experience; familiarity with EM credits is essential.
• Strong academic record with a finance/numerical related degree from a top-tier university.
