About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support their maintenance team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all records are up to date. You’ll be the key link between tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and logging maintenance requests efficiently
- Coordinating with contractors to schedule repairs and services
- Keeping accurate records and updating systems regularly
- Processing invoices and monitoring maintenance budgets

What We’re Looking For:
