Senior Cloud Engineer
£60-65,000 per annum
We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join an established Real Estate organisation.
3 days in the office per week based near Liverpool Street.
This dynamic role will involve a variety of projects, with core responsibilities including
- Ensuring the design and integrity of the company’s Cloud architecture and services are both sound and fit for purpose.
- Planning, integrating, and developing the Cloud environment using Microsoft 365 core technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, and Intune) alongside the expanding Microsoft portfolio.
- Designing and maintaining the Azure platform of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Participating in Incident Resolution and Problem Management.
- Serving as a Technical Resource for projects requiring technical input and implementation.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals: IP services (DNS, DHCP, IPSEC) & networking concepts.
- Knowledge of VPN/LAN/WAN and Cloud networking technologies.
- Accreditation to vendor level for Azure, Microsoft 365 products.
- Proficient in configuration, design & support of Microsoft Servers up to 2022, with vendor accreditation preferred. Experience with VMWare 7 and above virtual infrastructures is beneficial.
- Experience with Windows Active Directory, group policy, Entra ID, and Intune configuration, preferably experienced with Microsoft 365 Exchange hybrid environments and Mimecast services.
- Experience in onboarding companies’ technology processes and policies and migrating them to align with the company’s standards.
- Strong automation and PowerShell skills.
