Join a reputable main contractor with a secured north west pipeline of projects! My client is a leading main building contractor. Due to a number of large project wins, they are looking for a Senior Site Manager.

The Senior Site Manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor. My client has a number of multi-million pound large schemes and is looking to strengthen the site management teams. You will have worked as a Senior Site Manager as part of the site management team delivering schemes over £10 million.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all teams of trades and labour on large fast-moving projects, ensuring all site activity is running to the strictest health and safety standards. My client has a number of complex conversion projects with detailed engineering and restructures, ranging from £8 million to £25 million. They also have several industrial new build projects, so previous experience of these types of schemes would be advantageous.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will have experience delivering large design and build schemes from conception through to completion, with a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing on time and within budget. Those with internal experience would be particularly of interest.

They are looking for candidates with a stable working history who are seeking longevity in a position. This company can offer you structure and progression as well as a competitive overall package.

  • A valid CSCS Card
  • A valid SMSTS Card
  • First Aid
  • CIOB or NVQ qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
