Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).
Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Digital Performance Executive to join our Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team, sat within Group Central Support – our London global headquarters.
We are looking for someone to assist with the optimisation and creation of paid media campaigns to deliver lead generation targets, working closely with regions and schools to apply local insight.
The focus of the role will be tracking and optimizing the delivery of our campaigns to deliver against lead generation targets, working closely with regions and schools to apply local insight.
As a member of the central support Digital team, you will be to help us improve our Digital Performance marketing working alongside our Product and Analytics teams
The Role
We seek an individual to join as a Digital Performance Executive where your focus will be:

  • Understanding of all various digital media channels and the potential for Nord Anglia.
  • Campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to.
  • Ensuring campaigns are set up and optimized in the correct way, according to brief and best practices.
  • Making sure budgets are spent within daily / monthly limits.
  • Checking that campaigns are monitored regularly and hit relevant targets.
  • Overseeing that reports and presentations are delivered to the highest level of quality and integrity.
  • Developing strong relationships with our agency partners to ensure that our team are getting the best from their expertise and that our campaigns are always fully aligned to global strategy.
  • Working with the Performance Manager to create and execute a digital acquisition strategy to increase our Enquiries to each of our schools around the globe

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • Performance Marketing experience – client or agency side & a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Paid Search experience – Google Adwords & Bing Ads certified.
  • Hands on experience of paid social campaign implementation e.g. Meta.
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
  • Experience working with Google Adwords and other paid search platforms, such as Bing.
  • Desired experience on Google Analytics (GA4)
