An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established team at a reputable automotive company in Redbridge. As a recruitment agency, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to support the aftersales department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with motor trade parts experience, looking to further their career in a dynamic and busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a busy aftersales department, ensuring parts are handled and managed efficiently
- Price parts identified by the workshop and ensure system updates are completed promptly
- Pre-pick all parts in accordance with the set timeframes
- Build professional and trustworthy relationships with customers
- Satisfy internal parts requirements and collaborate with the workshop team
- Liaise with key suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
Skills & Experience Required:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a motor trade parts department is essential
- LCV or HGV experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to work under pressure
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- 45 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
