Business Analyst – Financial Services Firm (Hybrid, Glasgow)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a financial services firm on a contract basis. This remote position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in the financial sector.

The ideal candidate will need the following:

• Proven expertise in leading Business Analysis activities across multiple projects, utilising a variety of methodologies and techniques to ensure successful outcomes.
• Skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, effectively managing expectations and fostering strong, productive relationships.
• Proficient in Business Analysis tools such as Jira, Miro, and Visio to support analysis and documentation.
• Experienced in crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria to guide project development.
• Adept at leading and facilitating workshops and meetings, encouraging thoughtful discussions to gather requirements and drive insightful debates.
