We are seeking a Procurement Process Team Lead to oversee contract management plans, governance data, and supplier relationships. This role involves monitoring contract performance, implementing corrective actions, and escalating issues as needed to ensure effective programme delivery. A strong understanding of PCR 2015 and PA 2023 regulations is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, maintaining governance standards, and driving continuous improvement in supplier performance.
Key accountabilities:
- Management of contract performance, quality, cost, KPIs (key performance indicators) and supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
- Preparation of Procurement Strategies and Contract Recommendations to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Day to day buying activities, forging close working relationships with key stakeholders to promote early supply chain engagement.
- Report existing and known future demand schedules, specifications and risks to ensure the procurement strategy, category strategy and supplier management plans align with business needs.
Key requirements:
- Experience of end-to-end tendering process.
- Understanding of training and manual creation.
- Knowledge of PCR 2015 and PA 2023.
- Stakeholder and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of procurement strategies and contract management.
- Ability to monitor, mentor, and train staff.
- Familiarity with JAGGAER or Ariba systems (desirable).
