We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to play a crucial role in our transformation project. This position will support the HR function in implementing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and maintaining employee engagement throughout the transformation process.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the transformation team to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational change
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures related to the transformation
- Support managers in communicating change to their teams and addressing employee concerns
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs to support new processes and systems
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage employee relations issues arising from the transformation
- Coordinate with other HR team members to ensure consistent HR practices across the organisation
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to the transformation project
- Contribute to the development of retention strategies during the change process
- Support recruitment efforts for new roles created as part of the transformation
