A fashion brand in Leeds is recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager to join their growing business.

The Brand

They are an established fashion brand in Leeds and they are recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager to join their growing Sales Team. You will be in charge of managing an existing portfolio of customers ensuring they receive a high level of service whilst seizing opportunities for growth.

The Role

  • Oversee and manage key accounts to ensure alignment with company profitability, client expectations, and personal growth objectives.
  • Take the lead in sell-in meetings with buyers, identifying growth opportunities, suggesting new products, stock swaps, or introducing best sellers in new colourways.
  • Maintain regular collaboration with the Marketing team on quarterly plans, offering input to boost sell-through, analysing statistics, and providing actionable insights.
  • Track, analyse, and report on account performance in relation to sales targets and cash margin, offering recommendations and action plans to senior leadership to drive future growth.
  • Analyse financial data and performance metrics to develop annual strategic plans for each channel and client, aligned with broader commercial goals, including defined KPIs and success measures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Team to ensure seamless preparation for seasonal sell-ins.

About You

  • 5 years’ proven experience in a similar fast paced role with a strong portfolio evidencing leading growth of new and existing accounts/relationship management.
  • Strong industry experience/brand awareness
  • Previous wholesale experience.
  • Analytical & commercially aware – adept at reviewing data and financial information to make recommendations for opportunities/growth.
  • Strategic thinker – developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Great leader, presenter, and figurehead for a vibrant and fast-moving team
