Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Leeds.

What the job will be doing:

  • Lead and manage repairs, maintenance and assets team
  • Responsive repairs and planned investment
  • Ensure delivery of housing management services meeting customer expectations, regulatory standards, legislation and organisations financial & service delivery targets
  • Management of stock condition surveys

What you will need:

  • Experience in managing a team and multiple years of experience in similar position
  • Track record of delivering repairs & maintenance for residential properties
  • Experience in budget preparation and management
