What You Will Be Doing:

• Expanding Elastic’s presence within key Public Sector accounts, particularly HMRC and DWP, by identifying and unlocking new opportunities.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers extract real-world value from their data and accelerate digital transformation.
• Evangelizing Open Source and championing Elastic’s search-powered solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security.
• Uncovering and driving new use cases by working directly with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborating across business functions, partners, and communities to create a robust ecosystem that fuels sustained growth.
• Managing complex sales cycles and delivering predictable and accurate forecasts.

What You Bring With You:

• A track record of overachievement in Public Sector SaaS sales, with a growth-driven mindset and a proven ability to break into new accounts.
• Deep domain knowledge of Public Sector challenges and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience selling into HMRC, DWP, or similar UK government organisations.
• Passion for Open Source and Elastic’s community-driven approach.
• Ability to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed in execution.
