The role
We are seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join partner Neil Smyth and Senior Associate Morgan Bowen in our London office. You will undertake predominantly non-contentious work linked to our corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the country, advising all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and individuals, as well as acting for insolvency practitioners.
The person
- Experience in transactional and other work as the day-to-day fee earner
- Technically strong
- Understanding of what is needed to help grow and develop a practice
- Willingness to participate in marketing and business development activities
- Excellent drafting and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand client environments and deliver effective advice orally and in writing
- Ability to quickly assimilate information and focus on key issues
- Good time and file management skills
- Dedication to outstanding client service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiasm for team collaboration aligned with the firm\’s values
