Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week (working four days per week with Thursdays off)
Salary: £30,571 - £33,968 per annum FTE (£24,788 - £27,542 for 30 hours)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our passionate organisation. In this role, you will provide a housing management service to customers living in our Sheltered schemes and within specialist housing. Every day you will be building positive relationships with customers, responding to customer enquiries within agreed timeframes and role modelling a culture of excellent customer service. You will also develop strong links with internal and external partners, oversee health and safety compliance and maintain accurate records.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
- General knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and the Mental Capacity Act
- The ability to maintain accurate records considering GDPR regulations
- A full, valid driving licence and daily use of a car
You will also need to be a great communicator with good knowledge of the Essex and Hertfordshire areas.
Please note, you will also be required to have an enhanced criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
