Lead Generation Manager – Push Lead Gen Payments London £70,000 – £100,000 A global POS payments business are looking to build out their Lead Generation function in London and have a brand new role they are looking to recruit. Initially, you will be very hands on however will also be responsible for building a high performing team within 6-12 months. The business are looking for people experienced with push lead gen, people who have experience using Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io and/or Google Map Extractor to go scrape/filter/enrich data bases and provide them to the Sales team. Ideally you would have the experience using a couple of these tools together. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to meet company revenue goals Utilise advanced tools and platforms (e.g., Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io, Google Map Extractor) to scrape, filter, and enrich data for targeted lead lists Ensure the provided data is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with sales team requirements Stay updated with best practices in data sourcing and enrichment to keep the sales team equipped with optimal lead lists Plan, execute and manage lead generation campaigns and nurture them through the funnel Work with the content and design team to create compelling ads and email marketing campaigns Manage A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on conversion rates, click through and cost per lead Work with the sales teams to optimize lead scoring models and MQLs Use CRM and Marketing Automation tools to track lead behavior and optimize targeting strategies Experience 5+ years of experience in a lead generation role, with a strong track record of delivering success Experience in Fintech, Payments or SaaS Experience running lead generation tactics across multiple channels, email marketing, Paid, Social and SEO Experience working with multiple Automation platforms for lead tracking and reporting Experience working closely with Sales teams to optimize lead generation process *Rates depend on experience and client requirements JBRP1_UKTJ
