We’re looking for an experienced Qualitative Researcher to join a growing strategy and insights team in London as a Director. They focus on helping brands understand people and culture through thoughtful research and strategic thinking. This is a senior role that combines brand strategy, innovation, and market research, working closely with well-known consumer brands across a wide range of sectors.
You’ll lead client projects from start to finish – from writing proposals and designing research approaches, to delivering clear, strategic recommendations. The work is varied and often complex, covering brand positioning, product innovation, and marketing strategy. You’ll also play a key role in managing and mentoring a talented team, while helping shape the direction and growth of the UK business.
This role is suited to someone with 10+ years of experience in market research and brand or innovation strategy. You should have strong qualitative research skills, be confident managing clients and projects, and have experience leading and developing teams. Business development experience – both growing existing accounts and building new relationships – is also important.
