Corporate Group Travel Manager – London Hybrid Our client a leading TMC with Worldwide offices are recruiting for a Corporate & Groups Travel Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Group travel across all their key clients, working with the team, and driving success. This is an opportunity to grow in this hands-on multifaceted role. You will work closely with other business travel departments on multiple projects and accounts to always ensure smooth customer satisfaction and project delivery. Overcoming business challenges to provide personalised solutions by developing relationships and understanding client requirements to deliver a first-class service. Skills and attributes needed for this Corporate Group Travel Manager role; At least 2 years experience working within a Group/Event travel environment. Proven knowledge of a GDS is a must Knowledge of using an Online Booking Tool is a bonus, but not essential. Experience with Large group bookings – including group flights and hotels. Impeccable attention to detail. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work independently with confidence, or as part of a team. Quick learning, able to adapt to new and an ever-changing environment. Strong work ethic and team player attitude, with strong independent initiative.
