Experience in people management, including developing and leading customer experience teams. Experience delivering solutions and programs at a global scale. Preferred qualifications: Experience with large migration and transformation projects. Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful programs. Knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and tooling for cloud foundations. Ability to present technical and business materials effectively to different stakeholder groups and engage with enterprise executives on technical and non-technical matters. About the job As a Delivery Management (DM) Manager, you will sit within Google Cloud\’s EMEA Professional Services Organisation (PSO). You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of delivery programs managed by Delivery Executives (DEs) and Cloud Programme Managers (CPMs). Your role includes developing and differentiating PSO delivery management capabilities, bringing consistency to skill development, and identifying opportunities to uplift the delivery management team\’s skills. You will identify and implement improvements to enhance delivery interactions with customers, Google cross-functional teams, and partners. You will interact with internal stakeholders and customers during delivery reviews and support pre-sales activities. Collaborating with the delivery excellence team, you will advise on and support process and tooling improvements. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Google Cloud Consulting Delivery Executives and Cloud Program Managers. Develop and implement Delivery Management strategies, scaling the impact of the practice. Enhance the capabilities and quality of Google Cloud Consulting projects within EMEA. Work with the Delivery Executive team to integrate delivery practices into customer projects. Represent Delivery Management in customer interactions, overseeing programs from pre-sales to delivery, including collaboration with Google Cloud Consulting and Sales leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
