The role involves working as a 2D motion designer with experience in agency, in-house, or production studio environments. We are looking for a designer with a solid background in working from conception to delivery, who is ambitious and ready to push their creativity while delivering solid client-facing work.
Experience producing online learning is advantageous, as is familiarity with online tools such as Articulate, Vyonder, and LMS, although these can be taught. We seek inquisitive designers with an eye for composition, timing, typography, and attention to detail.
This position is office-based, located on Regent Street, with access to the vibrant surroundings of Soho, which we believe fosters creativity. Working collaboratively is essential for approaching new ideas creatively.
Salary: £30 - 35k

Who you are:
- Degree or equivalent education in a design-oriented field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Creative and inventive, committed to producing the best work.
- Ready for more responsibility and looking to grow within an ambitious studio.
- Animator with a sense of timing, choreography, and an eye for composition and typography.
- Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and develop final animations.
- Excellent working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro; knowledge of Blender and C4D is a bonus.
- Experience with print and web design, utilising Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Figma.
- A team player who thrives on collaboration in a fast-paced design and production studio.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Keen to learn and good understanding of UI and UX.
- A visual storyteller who can take a brief from storyboarding to realising final animations.
- Fully literate in English.
