The role involves:

  • Demonstrating achieved and exceeded targets in Commercial Insurance sales.
  • Developing the professional capabilities of team members, ensuring that the department is fully operational.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive growth of the company.
  • Creating MI reports as required to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer retention rates, and average deal size.
  • Proven Commercial Insurance sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience with Acturis is a plus.
