The Role
Junior level role β Recent Graduates Only. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated recent graduate who is looking to develop into a long-term investment-facing career with a widely known Wealth Management firm. Our client is looking for a Junior Level Investment Associate to assist the Head of Fund Selection as well as the senior fund analysts within our clientβs multi-asset Team in running the centralised fund research programme.
The Investment Associate will be responsible for:
- Assisting senior analysts in fund research, Operational Due Diligence and preparing and analysing investment and economic data when and as required.
- Acting as support to the broader Multi-Asset team, responding to front office requests on specific funds, supporting the team with any queries and assisting senior level analysts with operational work when necessary.
- Confidently assisting senior analysts in Client migrations, Asset Maintenance, Compliance & Legal, Marketing, Fund Dealing with timely and accurate responses.
The Candidate
Recent University Graduate or Investment related junior experience. A passion for Investment Research! Existing proficiency required across the standard office suite β Word, Excel, PowerPoint, but also more advanced database software such as Visual Basic, MS Access and Power BI. Delivery to deadlines. Able to respond respectfully but forcefully to senior colleagues. Excellent internal and external presentation skills.
