At Ferrero, we’re looking for a Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of the business, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing, and Commercial Planning to shape data-driven strategies that fuel our growth.

You’ll lead the charge in identifying opportunities, optimising product and customer portfolios, and aligning commercial initiatives with our broader business objectives. Main Responsibilities:

As the Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping Ferrero’s commercial strategy by leading on trade and customer planning with a clear focus on long-term, sustainable growth. Acting as a key strategic partner across the business, you’ll influence high-impact decisions around pricing, promotional investment, product mix, and customer strategy.

Your responsibilities will include optimising pricing and trade terms, ensuring all Net Invoiced Price proposals align with business goals, and analysing pricing evolution across key customers and channels. You will also lead the management of promotional investments, overseeing contracts and terms, and providing commercial insights that support strong returns on investment from our Ferrero portfolio.

In this role, you will drive best practices in Joint Business Planning (JBP) with major customers, support the sales teams with strategic direction, and propose initiatives to elevate brand, customer, and SKU performance. You’ll also manage surplus stock to maximise commercial returns and support product mix optimisation across the business.

You’ll lead the customer planning process, ensuring alignment with sales budgets and long-range plans. Using business intelligence tools, you will deliver accurate reporting and analysis to inform commercial decisions, highlighting key variances and guiding future strategy. Cross-functional collaboration will be key as you support strategic commercial projects and ensure compliance with group policies and investment frameworks.
