We're looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to work in the EMEA Chief of Staff team to help us unleash the potential of every business. About the team: Worldpay EMEA Enterprise is one of the largest and fastest growing Divisions of Worldpay. There are 115 countries across EMEA, each with its own payment complexities and growth potential. We have deep payments expertise within Worldpay EMEA and drive a culture of cross-collaboration across our 400+ team members.
The Chief of Staff Team is a small team of maximum 2 - 3 team members and reports directly into the SVP, General Manager EMEA. We act as the trusted advisor of the General Manager and as business partners to the entire team. The activities we lead and deliver are wide ranging and a typical day could involve leading a strategy project to secure business investment to grow a new market, then run a Town Hall with our 400+ People and wrap-up with a meeting reporting to our Worldpay Enterprise President on our EMEA business performance.
What you'll own:
- This role reports into the EMEA Chief of Staff, forming part of the Chief of Staff Team.
- Lead projects for the Worldpay EMEA Region, focusing on business performance, process improvements and more.
- Own and/or contribute to business case development, including delivery of data analysis and strategic insights.
- Project manage the collation of Product requirements needed by our sales teams and present these to Product.
- Run Town Halls/All Hands Meetings with our 400+ people.
- Deliver Events including annual Sales Kick Off Events and bi-annual in-person Leadership Meetings.
- Own our EMEA Communications, including content development and delivery.
