Housing Officer

We're looking to recruit an experienced Housing Officer in Liverpool to support our social housing client on a 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Minimum requirement in office 2 x days per week.

Your new role

• Deliver a full range of tenancy and estate management services across your designated patch
• Investigate tenancy breaches including abandonment, fraud and unauthorised occupation
• Conduct tenancy audits, starter reviews, and accompanied viewings
• Manage anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, nuisance and hate crime reports
• Promote tenant engagement and satisfaction
• Monitor neighbourhood data to target resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and GDPR policies
• Collaborate with Enforcement, Income and Sustainment teams, as well as external partners and agencies

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a customer-facing housing and tenancy management role
• Experience of investigating and managing anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy breach cases
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy sustainment and welfare benefits
• Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
